Art+Feminism Wikipedia Edit-a-thon

Art+Feminism Wikipedia Edit-a-thon In-Person

Help us close the gender gap on Wikipedia! Join us for a communal updating of Wikipedia entries on subjects related to gender, feminism, and the arts. We will provide tutorials for the beginner Wikipedian and reference materials. Participants can use computers in the computer lab or bring their own laptops. For the editing-averse, we urge you to stop by to show your support - you can share ideas for entries to update and help us celebrate our progress!

We invite people of all gender identities and expressions to participate.

Please create a Wikipedia account before the event: here: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:CreateAccount&returnto=Main+Page

This edit-a-thon movement is founded by Art+Feminism: https://artandfeminism.org/. Art+Feminism builds a community of activists that is committed to closing information gaps related to gender, feminism, and the arts, beginning with Wikipedia.
